Can I Receive a Refund for the Challenge Fees or After Successfully Completing the Challenge?

Yes, we offer both options for a refund.

1. Refund Within 14 Days
If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your account has not been traded. If 14 days have passed or if the account has been traded, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund within the cancellation period, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Account Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Requesting the Refund

2. Refund After Successful Challenge Completion
Once you have successfully completed both phases of the Challenge and request your first withdrawal, we will automatically include your challenge fee refund with your payout. You do not need to submit a separate refund request for the challenge fee.
