Can I Receive a Refund for the Challenge Fees or After Successfully Completing the Challenge?
Yes, we offer both refund options under specific conditions.
1. Refund Within 14 Days
If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your account has not been traded. If 14 days have passed or if the account has been traded, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund within the cancellation period, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Account Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Requesting the Refund
2. Refund After Successful Challenge Completion
Once you have successfully completed both phases of the Challenge, the challenge fee refund will be processed only with your 3rd payout.
- The refund is automatically included with the 3rd payout
- No separate refund request is required
- Refunds are not issued with the 1st or 2nd payout
- If you are unable to reach the 3rd payout for any reason, you will not be eligible for a challenge fee refund
Note: Refund Processing Fee. Where a refund is payable to the Customer under these T&Cs (including under Clause 12 right of withdrawal, Clause 13 defective performance, or any other contractual or statutory refund right), the Provider may withhold from the refunded amount a flat administrative fee of twenty United States Dollars ($20) per refund transaction, to cover the Provider’s reasonable costs of know-your-customer onboarding, contract execution, payment processing, and administrative handling already incurred at the time of the refund. This fee shall not apply where the refund arises from the Provider’s material breach of these T&Cs or where withholding the fee would be inconsistent with the Customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
