How is the payout processed and how long does it take?
Eligibility for Payout
Only profits made on a simulated Funded account are eligible for a payout.
Note: All open positions must be closed before you submit a payout request. If any positions remain open and the account breaches during this period, you will no longer be eligible for the payout.
Payout Methods
We offer three payout methods:
1. Cryptocurrency (USDT – TRC20/ERC20)
Available globally. This is the fastest method, with low transaction charges. Please double-check that your wallet address and network are correct before submitting.
2. Riseworks.io
A secure, email-based payout method for users in supported regions. You’ll need a valid email registered with Rise to receive the payout.
💵 A flat fee of $50 USD is deducted once per month for Rise payouts to cover processing charges.
3. ThinkMarkets Personal Live Account
You can transfer your profits directly to your ThinkMarkets personal live trading account. To request this, email us at [email protected] with your funded account number and ThinkMarkets live account details, and our team will review your request.
- ⚠️ Important: This method is only available to clients in countries supported by ThinkMarkets. ThinkMarkets does not onboard clients from the following countries:
Afghanistan, American Samoa, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Burundi, Cape Verde, Canada, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo (Democratic Republic), Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, Iran, Israel, Japan, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Malaysia, Mali, Mozambique, Nauru, Nicaragua, Niger, Niue, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Sint Maarten, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Togo, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Turks & Caicos Islands, Uganda, United States of America, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
If you are a resident of one of these countries, you will need to select an alternative payout method such as Crypto or Rise.
How to Request a Payout (Crypto or Rise)
- Log in to your ThinkCapital dashboard.
- Select the funded account you want to withdraw from using Switch account at the top of the menu.
- Click Withdraw in the left menu.
- Choose Crypto or Rise as your payout method.
- Enter your payout details and submit the request.
Processing Time:
- Payouts are processed within 3 business days.
- After processing, the payout may reflect in your account within 24 to 48 hours. However, bank transfers can take up to 5 business days in certain cases. We ensure that the payout is processed within 3 business days.
Payout Limits:
- There is no minimum payout limit, but the trader’s payout must be at least $100 USD to cover all transactional charges. Traders are responsible for any transactional charges.
