3. What are the approval requirements for affiliates?

We welcome all applicants to join the ThinkCapital Affiliate Program — whether you’re a content creator, community leader, trader, or marketing professional.

While there are no major entry barriers, to ensure regulatory compliance and the security of your account, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before receiving any commission payouts.

KYC Verification Checklist:

To verify your identity and activate payout eligibility, please upload the following:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)
  • A selfie (for identity confirmation)
  • A proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

Inactive Account Policy:

If your affiliate account remains inactive for more than 90 days (i.e., no tracked clicks or referrals), your account will be temporarily disabled. To reactivate, simply contact our team at: [email protected]

4. How do I promote the ThinkCapital Affiliate Program?

Promoting our Affiliate Program is your gateway to scaling income and influence — with flexibility to tailor outreach to your audience and brand.

Utilize your unique affiliate link or affiliate code with big discounts to attract referrals. Whether through your website, social media platforms, or innovative video content, tailor your strategy to resonate with your audience and maximize your client’s outreach.

For detailed information on how the scaling plan works for both simulated and funded accounts, please visit our FAQ: How the Scaling Plan Works.

5. How can I track my commission?

ThinkCapital provides a real-time affiliate dashboard where you can easily track your performance. Once logged in, you’ll have full visibility into your sales, commissions, and payout history — all in one place.

This transparent system ensures you always know exactly how your referrals are performing and how much you’re earning.

6. When will I get paid my commission?

Commission payouts are based on your current affiliate tier:

  • Tier 1 affiliates receive monthly payouts
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 affiliates are eligible for bi-weekly payouts
  • Premium Tier affiliates enjoy weekly payouts

To qualify for a payout, two conditions must be met:

  • Your total commission balance must exceed $100
  • Each referred client must be active for at least 20 days

7. What is the withdrawal policy for affiliates?

Affiliates can request withdrawals once their commission balance reaches a minimum of $100. The availability of withdrawals depends on program viability and funding status, ensuring sustainable operations.

Withdrawals are processed after a required waiting period and are reviewed to ensure compliance and security. This helps protect both affiliates and ThinkCapital, ensuring a transparent and safe payout process.

8. How can I request my affiliate payout?

To request your affiliate payout, log into your affiliate dashboard and submit your payout request directly. Before doing so, please ensure you meet the following requirements to avoid delays or rejections:

  • Your commission balance and the affiliate payout request must be at least $100
  • Your account must be KYC verified

Completing KYC verification is essential for compliance and smooth processing. For detailed KYC requirements, please refer to our KYC guidelines [here].

9. Can I re-apply to become an Affiliate after a rejection?

Yes. If your initial application is not approved, you’re welcome to reapply once you meet the key criteria. This includes having an active website and a well-engaged social media presence with consistent trading-related content and audience interaction.

We value quality partnerships and encourage you to strengthen your platform before reapplying.

10. Are There Any Restrictions That Apply to the Affiliate Program?
