1. How do I join the ThinkCapital Affiliate Program?
Getting started is easy. Simply complete the affiliate application form below with your basic details. Once submitted, your application will be automatically approved, and you’ll instantly become a Standard Affiliate under our Tier 1 / Starter Level.
As a Starter Affiliate, you’ll receive:
- 10% discount for your community
- 5% commission on every successful referral sale

2. How does the Affiliate Program work?
Our program is designed to reward performance through a 4-Tier commission structure, benefiting both affiliates and their referred clients.

We welcome all applicants to join the ThinkCapital Affiliate Program — whether you’re a content creator, community leader, trader, or marketing professional.
While there are no major entry barriers, to ensure regulatory compliance and the security of your account, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before receiving any commission payouts.
KYC Verification Checklist:
To verify your identity and activate payout eligibility, please upload the following:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)
- A selfie (for identity confirmation)
- A proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
Inactive Account Policy:

5. How can I track my commission?
ThinkCapital provides a real-time affiliate dashboard where you can easily track your performance. Once logged in, you’ll have full visibility into your sales, commissions, and payout history — all in one place.
This transparent system ensures you always know exactly how your referrals are performing and how much you’re earning.
6. When will I get paid my commission?
Commission payouts are based on your current affiliate tier:
- Tier 1 affiliates receive monthly payouts
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 affiliates are eligible for bi-weekly payouts
- Premium Tier affiliates enjoy weekly payouts
To qualify for a payout, two conditions must be met:
- Your total commission balance must exceed $100
- Each referred client must be active for at least 20 days
7. What is the withdrawal policy for affiliates?
Affiliates can request withdrawals once their commission balance reaches a minimum of $100. The availability of withdrawals depends on program viability and funding status, ensuring sustainable operations.
Withdrawals are processed after a required waiting period and are reviewed to ensure compliance and security. This helps protect both affiliates and ThinkCapital, ensuring a transparent and safe payout process.
8. How can I request my affiliate payout?
To request your affiliate payout, log into your affiliate dashboard and submit your payout request directly. Before doing so, please ensure you meet the following requirements to avoid delays or rejections:
- Your commission balance and the affiliate payout request must be at least $100
- Your account must be KYC verified

9. Can I re-apply to become an Affiliate after a rejection?
Yes. If your initial application is not approved, you’re welcome to reapply once you meet the key criteria. This includes having an active website and a well-engaged social media presence with consistent trading-related content and audience interaction.
We value quality partnerships and encourage you to strengthen your platform before reapplying.
10. Are There Any Restrictions That Apply to the Affiliate Program?
Yes. To maintain eligibility, ensure ethical promotion, and comply with regulatory standards, the ThinkCapital Affiliate Program enforces the following key restrictions:
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates must not promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, adult content, or any other prohibited material.
- Advertising Compliance: All promotional activities must adhere to ThinkCapital’s advertising guidelines to maintain integrity and regulatory compliance.
- No Spam: Unsolicited emails, misleading advertisements, aggressive marketing, or any form of spam are strictly prohibited.
- Age Requirement: Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Non-compliance with these rules may lead to removal from the program. ThinkCapital reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities and take necessary actions to protect the program’s integrity and reputation.
11. Can I run Google Ads as an affiliate?
Google Ads Restrictions for Affiliates
Affiliates are permitted to use Google Ads to promote ThinkCapital, provided they strictly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure compliance with both Google and ThinkCapital policies:
- Prohibited Terms: Affiliates must avoid misleading or negative terms such as “scam” or any language violating Google’s advertising policies.
- Accuracy: Ad content must truthfully represent ThinkCapital’s products and services. False or exaggerated claims about earnings or challenge difficulty are not allowed.
- Mandatory Disclaimers: Every ad must include the disclaimer:
“Terms and conditions apply. Participation in the challenge does not guarantee earnings.”
Ads must also be targeted only within the affiliate’s country. - Brand Compliance: Use only approved brand language and assets in line with ThinkCapital’s guidelines. Unauthorized use of logos or brand materials is prohibited.
- Prohibited Keywords: Affiliates cannot bid on ThinkCapital’s trademarked terms or branded keywords such as “thinkcapital,” “nexus,” “dualstep,” “lightning,” “thinkmarkets,” or any related variants without explicit prior approval from the Affiliate Manager.
- Ad Approval: All Google Ads must be reviewed and approved by ThinkCapital before publication.
- Ad Placement: Ads must not outrank official ThinkCapital ads. If they do, affiliates must remove them immediately.
- Non-Compliance Penalties: Violation of these rules will result in:
- Immediate termination of the affiliate agreement
- Forfeiture of any pending commissions or payments

12. What happens if my client’s order is no longer visible on my dashboard?
If a client’s order remains incomplete after five days, it will no longer be displayed on your affiliate dashboard. Consequently, no commission will be credited for that transaction.
