Google Ads Restrictions for Affiliates
Affiliates are permitted to use Google Ads to promote ThinkCapital, provided they strictly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure compliance with both Google and ThinkCapital policies:
- Prohibited Terms: Affiliates must avoid misleading or negative terms such as “scam” or any language violating Google’s advertising policies.
- Accuracy: Ad content must truthfully represent ThinkCapital’s products and services. False or exaggerated claims about earnings or challenge difficulty are not allowed.
- Mandatory Disclaimers: Every ad must include the disclaimer:
“Terms and conditions apply. Participation in the challenge does not guarantee earnings.”
Ads must also be targeted only within the affiliate’s country.
- Brand Compliance: Use only approved brand language and assets in line with ThinkCapital’s guidelines. Unauthorized use of logos or brand materials is prohibited.
- Prohibited Keywords: Affiliates cannot bid on ThinkCapital’s trademarked terms or branded keywords such as “thinkcapital,” “nexus,” “dualstep,” “lightning,” “thinkmarkets,” or any related variants without explicit prior approval from the Affiliate Manager.
- Ad Approval: All Google Ads must be reviewed and approved by ThinkCapital before publication.
- Ad Placement: Ads must not outrank official ThinkCapital ads. If they do, affiliates must remove them immediately.
- Non-Compliance Penalties: Violation of these rules will result in:
- Immediate termination of the affiliate agreement
- Forfeiture of any pending commissions or payments
