Does ThinkCapital refund challenge fees?
ThinkCapital refunds challenge fees in two situations. You get a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not traded the account. On every program, including Bolt and Bolt Flex, ThinkCapital also refunds the fee automatically with your third payout from the simulated funded account. ThinkCapital may withhold a $20 administrative fee from each refund transaction.
Refund within 14 days
Email support@thinkcapital.com within 14 days of purchase with your full name, account number, date of purchase and reason for the refund. Accounts that have been traded, or requests made after 14 days, are not eligible.
Refund with your 3rd payout (every program)
On every program, including Bolt and Bolt Flex, the fee is included automatically with your 3rd funded payout; you do not need to request it. It is not paid with the 1st or 2nd payout, and if you do not reach a 3rd payout, the fee is not refunded.
Refund processing fee
Where a refund is payable under the Terms and Conditions, a flat $20 administrative fee per refund transaction may be withheld to cover KYC onboarding, contract execution, payment processing and administration. The fee does not apply if the refund results from ThinkCapital's material breach of the Terms, or where withholding it would conflict with your statutory rights.
