# ThinkCapital ThinkCapital is a proprietary trading firm backed by ThinkMarkets, a multi-regulated broker. Traders pass an evaluation on a simulated account to gain access to a larger simulated capital allocation, keep an agreed share of the profits they generate, and scale their allocation over time. All ThinkCapital accounts, both evaluation and funded, are demo accounts operating in a simulated trading environment. ThinkCapital is not a broker, does not accept client deposits, and does not hold client funds. Trading involves substantial risk and evaluation fees may be lost. The profit share, account sizes, drawdown limits, leverage and payout schedule differ per program, and higher profit shares are reachable through scaling or a purchasable add-on rather than being the standard rate. Because those terms change, this file deliberately does not restate them as numbers: read the relevant program page and the Terms of Service for the figures currently in force. --- ## Evaluation Programs - [Lightning Challenge](https://www.thinkcapital.com/lightning/): One-step evaluation, the shortest of the multi-phase programs. Profit target, drawdown limits, leverage, minimum trading days, payout cycle and account sizes are stated on the page. - [Dual Step Challenge](https://www.thinkcapital.com/dual-step/): Two-step evaluation, available in Intraday and Swing variants. The variants differ mainly in news-trading and weekend-holding rules; both phases state their own profit targets and drawdown limits on the page. - [Nexus Challenge](https://www.thinkcapital.com/nexus/): Three-step evaluation at the lowest entry cost, with a lower profit target in each successive phase. - [Instant Funding (Bolt)](https://www.thinkcapital.com/instant-funding/): Direct access to a funded simulated account with no evaluation phase to pass. Account sizes, payout cycle and rules are stated on the page. --- ## Core Pages - [Home](https://www.thinkcapital.com/): Overview of ThinkCapital and all evaluation programs, with a side-by-side comparison, payout methods, a payout calculator and community links. - [How It Works](https://www.thinkcapital.com/how-it-works/): The full process end to end: choose a program and review its rules, pass the evaluation on a simulated account, trade a funded simulated account, then request a payout. - [FAQs](https://www.thinkcapital.com/faqs/): The FAQ hub, organized by category, covering program rules, funded accounts, payouts, penalties and the affiliate program. These change; read the program page or the Terms of Service and cite what it says now. - Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. - The full page index is at https://www.thinkcapital.com/sitemap_index.xml.
