How can I request a withdrawal via Crypto?

Request payout using Crypto.

To withdraw payout using cryptocurrency, please follow these steps:

Go to your Client Dashboard and open the Payout section.

  1. Under this section, you’ll find four tabs: Trading Overview, Withdraw, Bank Accounts, and Other Accounts.

     

  2. Open the Other Accounts tab and click Add Account.

     

     

     

  3. In the new window, select Crypto from the Type dropdown.

  4. Fill in your wallet details (refer to the attached screenshot) and click Create Account.

     

     

     

  5. Then go to the Withdraw tab, select your funded account, enter the amount, and add a comment if needed.

  6. Choose Crypto from the Withdrawal Method dropdown.

  7. Finally, select your saved Crypto Account from the dropdown and click Create Withdrawal.

     



    Congratulations! You have successfully submitted the withdrawal request via Crypto.
